11/20/2023，光纖在線訊，2023年11月14日，Optimum Communications Services, Inc根據(jù)《美國1930年關(guān)稅法》第337節(jié)規(guī)定向美國際貿(mào)易委員會提出申請，主張對美出口、在美進口及銷售的特定無源光網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備（Certain Passive Optical Network Equipment）違反了美國337條款。
中國浙江Hangzhou Softel Optic Co., Ltd. of China杭州索菲特光電設(shè)備有限公司、中國浙江Hangzhou Fullwell Optoelectronic Equipment Co.,Ltd. of China杭州烽瑞光電設(shè)備有限公司、中國浙江Hangzhou Sumlo Industrial Co., Ltd. of China為列名被告。
